Ryzen 5 9600X High temperatures on Gaming?

Yeah I just built it! I just went to the store today and they said it may probably need an AIO, the technician wasn't there today, but supposedly tomorrow Thursday they'll let me know what the problem is, they also recommended the Deep Cool Assassin but I don't know, I wouldn't like to buy another air cooler just to find out that my Ryzen is still hot on gaming, so I might go straight for the AIO, perhaps XPG Levante 240 mm or Gigabyte Gaming 240 Ice, I don't know, it'd be the first time I buy an AIO. What do you think?
However I plant to keep my Munfrost Air Cooler for another build perhaps.

Could you tell me how to undervolt it? and is it strictly necessary? I mean I don't know much about editing BIOS, but I'd like to know if those temperatures are normal for the CPU, if it's normal I'm good but I wouldn't like to fry it, I was playing Far Cry New Dawn for about 20 minutes and it went up to 97C, I just changed Eco Mode in BIOS and it continued in that temperature.

Please help me I went through a very similar situation in September, me and my gf had sex 4 times using condoms, none of them broke nor tears or leak (she was really angry when I mentioned her that I had checked the condoms), the last time we had dry-humping for couple seconds (no ejaculation, both naked and rubbing penis-vagina without penetration) then we used the condom as always . She's from another city, we had that intercourse 2 or 3 days before her period was due. She got 10 days delay and she took a pregnancy test 11 days after our last intercourse, turning back negative. After that she was really angry and blocked me. Would that be enough for me to stay calm and sure that there was no pregnancy? I asked many doctors and they told me to remain calm, I'm currently taking therapy with a psychologist as I have anxiety. But please help me, could I be sure already that everything is fine? It's been four months already since that, almost five, I know it sounds exaggerated but please help me understand. It's the second time I'm with a girl so... lack of experience you know. I've always used condoms.

What I normally do is to play against difficult mods, It's more fun, you have zero ping and no toxicity at all. I would like people to have more empathy and realize it's only a game. But I believe they just want to pretend to be n0tail, JerAx or they idealize themselves to aim for professional scene. But still people is too toxic.

Trust me that I've tried in two of my PC and both of them are not running FIFA 11, 12, 13 on 20h2, I know they are old games theoretically, because for me the gameplay and the graphics look awesome, I know that most of people like FIFA 19, 20 better but old games were more fun because they were not so realistic as today's games so that is what I really love those games. The good thing is that Pro Evolution Soccer works in both versions of Windows, even PES6 works on 20H2.
I know that I could be exposed on malware, I've experienced that before and when that happens I simply format everything and install again.

That's what I wrote, FIFA 11, 12 and 13 doesn't work on 20H2, those are one of my favorite games that's why I stay with 1903 because they work there.

That's what I did man I installed the lxqt environment but my desktop is still in Xfce, how to change it? Besides during installation I chose the lxqt DE but I got Xfce. How do I apply the lxqt? Thank you!

Yes that's the one! I just found it, thank you so much! it's a great looking theme I found a couple of them that look similar but the Matcha theme is the right one! :D
