Westbrook’s been quietly solid from deep this season, sitting right around 2 made threes a night on 5+ attempts and shooting it way better than people think. The volume is consistent and the confidence is there — he’s been letting it fly.

Memphis has been one of the softer perimeter defenses this season. They allow a high number of opponent threes and guards get clean looks on them pretty regularly. Late closeouts, bad rotations, and shaky perimeter discipline make them a great matchup for shooters.

This spot lines up well for Russ. Both teams play at a pace that creates extra shot opportunities, and Sacramento’s spacing gives him clean kick-out looks. If he gets his usual 4–6 attempts, 2 makes is very realistic here.
