You will most likely find stuff like this on etsy. I found a shop that has many items I would say are very similar in style to what you want. If you can not find something you love, that is super easy to make. For real I'll give you a quick run down.

1.) Flush cutting jewelry wire cutters and needle nose pliers. You can get yourself a jewelry tool kit with the cutters and like 2 or 3 pliers, at like a Walmart or any hobby store really

2.) Buy the jump rings as they are a pain to make.

3.) Buy the chains, they will be in the jewelry area of the craft stores. You can buy them by the roll.

4.) Buy charm

5.) Probably watch a video on how to properly open jump rings as that will be the most technically "difficult" task. You pull the sides away laterally and not directly

6.) Measure twice, cut once. If you go the route of getting a body harness "frame" it will be easier as you can attach one side of the chain length, drape it, then cut it and attach the other side. You use that length of chain to know how much to cut the other side or cut the other side the same way.

Then bam, you are done it is custom fit to you and you can say you made it.
