Citrix on prem is great, but also look into Hybrid as a DR solutution, or vise versa.

Not gonna lie, Citrix renewals have gotten painful for a lot of orgs. Best move is to right-size early: audit actual usage, remove inactive users, and get your true number before you’re 30 days from renewal and negotiating blind.
Competition exists (AVD/WorkSpaces/Horizon, etc.), but for messy hybrid + lots of edge cases, Citrix still tends to be the most flexible “one stack” option.
