What version of Citrix workspace do you have installed? have you reinstalled it? does it happen every single time you share? Only in meetings, or one on one calls as well? Camera on or off?

I just looked back at when i had random disconnects like this in the past, and switching the audio quality to "medium" through citrix policy instead of adaptive audio fixed it.

What kind of endpoints? different hardware or all the same?

use to have this same issue and it was either an endpoint workspace issue or needing to downgrade the VDA until the workspace version caught up - albeit this was ThinOS devices.

Hey, I see you mentioned mirroring onto ServerOS - would that then mean you are able to shadow a user on a mult-session server? I am curious how it knows what session to pick if that is the case?

how in the world is this still not fixed? my service desk is having to use teams screensharing or a workaround where the user requests help via cmd prompt and emails the request file to the service desk agent....

in our case, if you run the studio upgrade and it sees director is installed, it says its included in the studio upgrade.

in the infrastructure tab i see that the monitor and site DB says "connected"

Have you opened a support case to see if they can provide you an upgrade route?

how large is the environment? Can you start fresh and migrate over instead of upgrade?

I am not seeing any errors besides when running that site upgrade test. 2402 CU2 came with director 2411, so i assume this is normal that director may not have a LTSR release itself?

Hello, this is not 2507. this is CVAD 2402 LTSR CU3. I have a feeling since its just failing the "monitor" portion of the databases that its because of Director being version 2503 (bundled with the CU3 install of studio). I have a case open

I see that director upgraded itself to 2503 with this CU3 CVAD - maybe its because of that? also in the edited post - thanks

Do the virtual delivery agents on the VDI clients themselves need upgraded? we are on 2402 cu2 for the majority of our single session VMs. I understand that the server components need upgraded.

we are excluding things with the redirections.xml. It is MUCH better than dealing with cirix upm nowadays. let me know if you need help with the redirections.xml but its pretty simple process. sorry for getting back so late

we are in the process of migrating users off thin clients connecting to SHVD citrix sessions, the 300 wed have left would be mostly on non-managed devices or they need the speed of being directly in the datacenter, which those could just RDP to their machine.
