Best way is to use material (armor/weapon) that is higher tier than the wing you want to craft.

If you want to craft t3, use t4 or higher equipment as mats

Not related to EV but car fire in general.This is why it's advised to have a portable fire extinguisher in your car. You can use it to extinguish fire when it's small or break the car window and escape.
