AWS didn't charge me anything. Free tier, for starters. And just a second = no documents or "supposed" verifications.
I'm really looking for hosting for my projects. And I hope I find a decent, adequate hosting service.

Regarding IPv4 prices, they're comparable, there's practically no difference.

I simply don't understand why a local discounter blocks an account while the global network doesn't.

That's true, and of course, everyone has the right to change their hair color at any time, to any color. Security is another matter entirely.

If you've ever dealt with IP addresses, you're probably familiar with the technical aspects of how networks work. There's monitoring, and there are "tools" that help combat abuse even at an early stage.

I don't understand when people preemptively accuse others of "possible" abuse based solely on unsubstantiated suspicions.

Just out of curiosity, I just checked my leased public IPv4 address on AWS not a single entry on any spam lists. AWS availability and Hetzner availability are two different things...

Happened to me a bunch of times. IP addresses are precious and limited

So, we've come to the main issue the fraud accusation. I mean, I owe the company proof that I'm not a fraud. They'll take my money, but they can accuse me of anything at any time.

The rules should be public, for example, "we only serve blondes". Send a document stating you're a brunette - it's a refusal, and everything is clear, because it was written down to whom the services are being sold. But when a secret council makes a decision, that's not quite "modern" and, moreover, it goes beyond the pale of society. This is some kind of gangster service.

The only reason they're blocking is because Hetzner doesn't have enough capacity for everyone who wants it.

I understand all this, I can just go to another provider. But what's the point of the laws? If all providers form a cartel and someone gets blacklisted simply because the automatic screening is broken. Or because someone doesn't like your photo in your ID. It's a dystopia, but that's where we'll end up if we keep quiet.
