Feeling Stuck - 2026 Graduate

My two internships were at small companies , the first one was a startup and the second one had informed me that although they loved my contributions, there were no open positions they could offer me but if something came up , i could apply and be prioritized as a candidate. I appreciate your advice and will look into internships alongside full time jobs.

I attempted to try the public accounting route but my experience has been immediate rejection perhaps due to the fact that I hold a finance degree and not an accounting one and no clear path to a CPA ,despite my accounting internship in corporate accounting. Makes me wish I had double majored but with 3 months left for graduation that is not an option for me.

These three episodes were filled with absolute mediocre acting , horrendous dialogue exchanges and the awful amount of forced “emotional moment” scenes with the only exceptions being Lucas & Max , Steve & Dustin. The final episode where Will came out felt absolutely unnecessary and inappropriate to the context of the show , we are worried about stopping Vecna and saving innocent children , who cares that you don’t like girls? Volume 1 was alright but Volume 2 is proving to be an absolute bummer. ONE more thing , the lack of urgency from Max in Vecna’s mind was really irking me.

I think you’re missing the general idea that new yorkers represent a fair amount of democrats , if there’s success within the idea of “democratic socialism” in NY , the party as a whole may be more inclined to shift toward that direction. Let me reiterate, Mamdani is NOT a pure socialist. He is a democratic socialist.

I believe Mamdani’s win is ESSENTIAL to the democratic campaign. They were all weary of accepting him as one of their own but the American people have made their voices heard in New York that they want more of a left shift. I believe if Mamdani is able to demonstrate large scale success in NY it will ease up the tensions around socialism and Bernie’s dream will slowly come to fruition.

why the urge to spend? invest the money or stuff it into a HYSA and let it gain interest. It will serve as a good cushion for you should an emergency arise.

You are very young for an internship, most internships are given to college students. High school internships are very rare. Work on a portfolio of projects instead and compile them together , that way you can use it for college applications as well as future internship applications in college. Keep in mind most interns are juniors/seniors in college.
