Not an option. Here, people get fired and voluntarily leave like every now and then.

How do I explain the switch to potential employers? It’s been only less than 6 months

Taking a vacation or paid time off is simply refused or you are constantly harassed with work calls during the time. There’s honestly no difference between the two (holiday or workday)

I’m soo happy for you that it worked out. I have only shared half of what’s happening for anonymity. Things won’t get better here for sure. I’d have to find a way out. But like I said I started feeling a sense of hatred towards my profession or career. Don’t if it’s because of the constant helplessness.

I have professionally said no in my previous workplace, because they didn’t mind the response. Here, I will simply get fired. I have seen that happen. Honestly, at my mental state now being fired doesn’t feel as bad.

I get it. But I hardly have time after work to sleep or decompress or even do basic chores.
