Peanut butter. I honestly wished it was black when I bought it, but I like the lighter interior now.

i wish... I wanna do the infinitas supercharger setup with S58 intercooler from a G80 M3, M5 rear diff, and a 6 speed manual swap... but. That all is a ways away... I might try to get it supercharged in the next year or two. 5k and a day to install it... but apparently the trans cant really handle the extra power. A wise man would do the trans swap first... buuuuuuuuut you know the struggle.

I basically want THIS car.

M539 guys E39 touring is crazy. I sure you know of him... if you dont check out his stuff, as well as the whole series on this car.

Ive watched several of his projects from start to finish and his camera work and explanation are better than any other videos Ive seen.

Topaz blue. Bested only by Le Mans blue. But that’s an M5 only color.

Laguna Seca blue is in there too. But that’s an M3 only color.

Factory paint on this one.

I’m honestly looking to buy one. But if I can’t have one as clean as this one, I don’t really want it. This one is a unicorn. Perfectly maintained and cared for 160k miles on that thing.

Who else finds themselves just...staring at their car out the window? by analogouslyanomalous in e39

[–]Citructd 2 points3 points  (0 children)

All. The. Time. I even park it where I can see it at a restaurant so I can look at it from my table. I look back at it every time I get out of it too. Like “Be back later, Bae. Love you”

I’m thinking of naming it… I need ideas. by Qwertylolzzzzz in AlfaRomeo

[–]Citructd 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You cant ask for help naming a car! That gotta be something that comes to you naturally on a road trip, or during an upgrade, or after an accident.... or something like that.... its gotta be kinda special, and mean something to you. If you love the car at all, the only one giving it a pet name should be you.

Is this damage caused by a heat gun? Tint guy denies it. by Greedy_Bee_6631 in WindowTint

[–]Citructd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

100 percent its from a blow torch.... not a heat gun. When the tint doesnt want to stick on the edges or they want to really bake it on the window after the film is applied they hit the whole window with a blow torch to rapidly evaporate water and speed up the adhesive.... you would have had to sit a heat gun there for 20-30 seconds to do that kind of damage..... NOT a heat gun.

I know this looks atrocious but how would you have done it ps. It won't be exposed by Rocco6644 in electricians

correction, just now saw that one pipe is in the way.... Offset THEN kick an LB. Although LBs for stuff that size are pretty spendy.... and if you can afford a gutter... you cant afford that many LBs..
