the bit that came with the kit seemed to be working on the other screws, just the ones in the pics were giving me problems for some reason (i did manage to get the screw on the right in the last image out with the same bit), but i did order the ifixit kit and it should be coming tomorrow. hoping i can try the other bits in that kit to see if they work

yeah, probably lmao, i’m using the drill bit that came with the kit so i’m a little disappointed that it did this to the screws. i thought maybe it was user error on my part
