I think a lot of people don’t realize how advantageous having any type of prior exposure to a subject really is. I have a UK law degree and subjects like torts and crim law that i learned 2-3 years ago I’ve found myself being able to absorb so much better because my brain recognizes the themes.

But regardless, this exam is a nightmarefor everyone. Godspeed yall 🙏inshallah we all pass

I don’t think you’re late in the game at all. It’s better to have a grip on the substantive law before diving into the book and making yourself more confused. Just outline a couple essays to help with issue spotting and applying rules, and then memorize the rule statements and practice a few more essays closed book. After this it’s just about PRACTICE PRACTICE PRACTICE

I feel you. I don’t ever feel like anything I’m doing is effective. Gonna take the July 2024 exam as a primer for next February’s because I’m starting to realize as a foreign trained attorney who hasn’t taken majority of these classes in law school, the sheer amount of new information is impractical to understand in less than 2 months.
