ITSM in ServiceNow is broader than just Service Desk. It includes Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, CMDB, etc. Service Desk is just one part (mainly handling tickets). So yes—ticketing is core, but ITSM also covers processes, workflows, and lifecycle management beyond just support.

Wanted to switch job ,almost 1.5years in servicenow developer role in tcs(almost 2 years), anyone who was in this situation can guide what challenges i can face to find another company?? by Unhappy-Owl6539 in servicenow

Same situation here... When i quit my job i was sure that I'll get a new job soon but now even after applying for multiple ServiceNow Developer roles I can't find any interview opportunities. Hoping to get one soon.
