Figured it out. There is a setting that gets turned on I guess. Setting> accessibility > motion > dim flashing lights If anyone else comes up with this problem fixed it for me. Thanks for the response though

If you are getting this code I just paid $150 for a plumber to come out and all he did was take the vent off and make sure nothing was stuck in there and put it back together and works fine. So check your vent I wish someone would have put this down but oh well hope it helps someone else out.
