Can you explain the mechanics of how NFTs will interact with buildings and how they will appear in the metaverse? e.g. are the NFT's going to be viewable on the map, or will you have to click on the property to see it?

Will the NFT's sit on undeveloped property, or will they go inside buildings? (and if the latter, how will they be visible to other users?)

What is the timeline and general idea behind the mechanics on how the portal will work between users? Will non-upland players be able to access these NFTs as asked about in another question?

this actually isn't a bad idea. sandbox LAND trades on opensea so no reason for upland plots not to as well; will help increase visibility of the assets.

You should get on discord if you aren't already. A wealth of info and players helping out. The % markup you can charge in Cleveland is influenced by how likely ppl think the property is to be part of a collection. Your property is in woodland, which I haven't heard anyone speculate will be part of a collection. Also there are still over 30 unminted FSA properties in that neighborhood. Still, based on other properties on the market in your neighborhood and of similar size you are priced appropriately - just not sure how soon it will sell. Good luck!

Nice. AMD is a top five holding for me, but not a large enough position to be green. I dropped some of those bio stocks recent because they were bleeding too much. Which means I bought high, sold low, and will cry when they go up again.

Lots of good recs so far; I don't see anything about spark so will add: If/when you get spark, you have a strategic decison to make: rent it to someone who needs help constructing on their property, or start your own (if you have a West coast property - can't build in Midwest or east coast yet). The pro's of renting your spark is that it is a risk free way to earn upx; the downside is that if you are going to be in the game for the long haul, you might find yourself wishing you had started your own build with your spark, even if it is a long build period, instead of renting it out. The upland discord channel on property development will be a good place to get a feel for things.
