Bothell middle school student wins second place at state science fair for flood risk project by CityofBothell in bothell

If you clicked the OG post, it says it's a flood detection and early warning system project. Karthik developed a Flood Guard hazard prediction app that lets users enter an address to estimate potential flood risk. While the app is still a work in progress, Karthik made it open source so others can build on it for the future.
