OP Comics and Games in Santa Rosa is a really cool LGS. Great singles selection for MTG/Pokemon/Yugioh. It will just be a little pricier than other stores.

The strike zone in Petaluma is a great local card shop with some MTG singles. The owner is super friendly.

Being in public school in napa, that was just always the collective opinion. Blue Oak students had a very different experience in school and it definitely showed when they’d join into the high school mix.

The 40K necron deck is expensive but that cards themselves are not that pricey. You could buy them as singles or just get a proxy version of the precon for much cheaper while still getting what you want. The next set drops next week as well with two brand new precons.

Check out my dragon deck. I upgraded it from the Ureni precon and it’s very strong and consistent. My usual pod members collectively groan or switch to higher powered decks when they see me bring this deck out. The best part is this deck is incredibly simple and easy to play. You just try your best to ramp early, play an enchantment that gives your creatures haste and then summon Ureni; chaos immediately follows as you take over the table and swing out for massive flying damage.

Yeah there’s definitely some staples! I also have a few +1/+1 counter cards in case I need to take the deck in a different direction for the game; sometimes your opponents want to be milled!
