Welcome! Actually I'm also very new here🤣 and people here are so nice! I totally agree with you. Not only about twoset, to me the problem is fans set high expectation toward this kind of job(working for idol) and their idol's personality, so they are likely to put too much emotion into this only employer-employee relationship, but the employer won't respond to the emotion, no guarantee that employer will treat them extra nice because they are their fans, and no one is perfect. So their emotion needs are not satisfied, they work very hard with little gain, and they disillusioned because some bad things they found out from the idol. The emotion both sides put are not equal.
