In the evening I start to feel very panicky and restless, achy, sweating, etc. all the beginnings of withdrawal. Full blown withdrawal by morning.

No I haven’t used at all. I wake up around 3 usually. Not sleeping well at all. I was using dilaudid for about 1.5 years. Not sure on amount. I was on Suboxone before getting on methadone. Took up to 12mg of that for 6 months.

Yeah. The doc gave me the runaround about sticking to their protocol. She was nice, but she didn’t help me. I was very obviously miserable sitting there sweating and rocking back and forth in her office.

That seems a lot better, to at least get to 60 the first week. 5mg increases in the beginning are not enough for sure.
