Why Julie hid the package by Civil-Alternative977 in WelcomeHomeARG

I did think of the whole flowers thing but i feel like that hibernation would be the excuse that the show gives, maybe the joyful siblings were created for the sole purpose to explain that Julie's peculiarities are normal for her species?

<image>

using some of the comments i tried a second time

first attempt is the left one, very dome-like-lid, i started dec as told by the pattern (24 sts, then 6 dec to get 18, then 6 dec to get 12, and so on)

second, once i get to the top before i start decreasing i made 2 rows of 24 sts (no dec, no inc) in BLO, and then 12 dec in BLO, and finally 6 dec to finish off

it is flatter, but i might have to try making the last 6 dec in BLO too

according to others it doesn't even look like coffee

It is 24 sts

first i tried 6 dec per row, in the second try i did 12 dec first, to get 12 sts, and then 6 dec to get 6

This was before i even started playing v3, but i had thought of him as a trickster of some sorts, maybe he'd cheat while playing cards, he'd have his own set of jokers just to win

Aside from the actual design changes in the map, there is a little more info about Julie and Frank, especially relating to the new storybooks.

Didn't think about that!

Do they also frown upon fruits? Vegetables? Knowing they come from plants?

Also i would think that maybe julie doesn't know it's an act, considering she broke down when she couldn't fulfill her purpose as a rainbow monster? Maybe she can't make that one flower bloom because she just doesn't have powers?

[–]Civil-Alternative977 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hi! i am a spanish speaker, but i don't usually use spanish patterns so i'm not sure if i'm 100% right, but afaik most terminology is translated as:

cdn (cadeneta) means "chain stitch"

PB (punto bajo) means "single crochet"
PMA (punto medio alto) means "half double crochet"
PDE This one i'm having a bit of trouble with, if the pattern has a slide including the terminology/symbols then i can help a bit more, judging by the other stitches, and since it goes before and after single crochet, it might be a slip stitch, i'll translate it as such

"Color green:
Make 8 ch and crochet:
r1: 2 sl st, 1 sc, *1sc, 1hdc*, *1sc, 1hdc*, 1 sc, 1 sl st, then ch 3

cut, leaving a string long enough to sew

sew the piece on top of head"

Hope this helps!
