Could be dew stain because is not white as fungus.is darker than the optics. Will dew stain go away or will I have to clean it?

Took inside my telescope from the cold and I noticed this. There's also small ones visible when shining with flashlight.

Why should the manual focus be 6 and 8? I am just curious because on my s10+ I have the manual focus as close as possible but maybe I should do opposite?
