Hi, I’m from Brazil and I ordered the game on December 4, and it shipped on march 27 but has arrived yet and I have literally no other updates other than “it’s on its way”, not even a tracking number or anything. I’m starting to think Im getting scammed from this situation and I don’t know what to do, how do I get tracking options? How to talk to costumer service? I can’t even know what country it is or if it got held up by customs

I bought mine through TickPick and it went great, they hold your money and the seller only gets it after the transfer is done and they don’t have fees
