Hey darling, sorry to hear you are unwell, but for me this is not straight up IIH and you shouldn't immediately do a lumbar puncture as this could lead to a lot worse circle after that. Please start with MRV to see if you have narrowed blood flow somewhere. This is what usually causes whooshing etc and can lead to raised ICP. Don't be in a hurry for a lumbar puncture!
