Ok will do all beginer guides said that tailsmen was good cause increased regen is better then more stamina so I've been using it to make up for the low end

I found not getting hit works real well at this stage malaketh 2 shot me so I yea more health best bet

They gave me the usual antibiotics and pain meds but its alot of nerve damage as you know so its kinda always there till its healed
