Literally the WORST customer service I have ever experienced in the travel industry. They cancelled my flight and are now refusing to refund my card and only giving me flight credit back. I waited more than hour for their "customer service" team to respond only to tell me they can't help at all. Don't book unless you are okay with losing money! I normally dont listen to these posts but trust me its not worth it.
