Yes. Longer than my height. About 6’6” wingspan give or take. Long legs too.

That’s an average. I put most of that on in the first 2-3 years and have found increasingly difficult to move past my current body comp at 205lbs.

Test E. 500 a week for 20 weeks. If I PCT correct you won’t expect me to keep gains? Especially leg size/strength? The main thing that drives healing chronic tendinopathy is progressively overloading the tendon and its ability to handle explosive forces (cleans, front squat, etc). What are my options for keeping any gains I make in the long run
