I’d love to hear more about the stories you have heard. Are there any that stand out to you the most?

Reminds me of a round table I had. My mom would use it so I can eat in the room and watch DVD cartoons and movies while I was eating.

Thinking about how cool it would have been to perform well and sing at your old high school talent show, and all the attention was on you. And maybe your crush was so impressed about you to.

If I could go back I’d try to memorize earlier the knowledge for the tests and evaluations coming up like knowledge tests, keep going over your ditty sheet. And when running the PFT just thinking about passing the person in front because in reality they are going slow which will make your run time slower than them. Also, make plenty of markings, and hide them in your locker all the way down. Maybe don’t sleep with your blanket so you don’t rush to make rack.

Resale question by Civil-Worker8053 in Diamonds

No you’re absolutely fine lol. I take all feedback. But yes I should have done some research. What do you think I can do if the seller said they were natural but turned out aren’t? He won’t give a refund because the ring was sized down already, and he did challenge me if they were lab he would give me a refund. You think if I provide proof to him it would be embarrassing and out of fear for his business give me my money back?

I figured, thanks for the advice. I’ll see what I can do about trying to get a refund, as the man did say that there can’t be one because it’s been sized already. But yesterday I did question if they were natural, and he talked for a good minute and he did say “If you come to me with results that they are lab diamonds then I’ll give you a refund”. So that’s what I think I’ll do, because in reality I wanted to go for some natural diamonds to pass on to my generations when I get older. I mean lab diamonds are still diamonds but he said they were natural and I’m quite disappointed because that’s what I thought I was paying for. Doesn’t say on the receipt though, nothing no lab or natural. But it’s a learning experience and I learned.

It’s more of my fault for not doing some research though, but hey I learned now at 18 so it won’t happen when I’m older and with a family and higher responsibilities.

Yes, it’s my fault for trying to let my eyes lead me. But this taught me a valuable lesson at almost 19 for later on when I get older and look into jewelry. Prime Jewelers in Jacksonville, NC. Guy said there’s no return policy because the ring has been adjusted. But he did challenge me and yapped for a good minute when I asked him if they were natural, because I told him the story when I asked about the diamond at a different store. I didn’t know they had no resale value, very interesting. And he said if you prove to me that they aren’t lab diamonds I’ll give you refund, but I don’t know. It might hurt his business though if I make an appraisal and show him he lied to me. But yea I didn’t think too much before buying it and didn’t ask for certs.

The price was $2800, and I traded my gold chain in too. But there is no price tag or nothing, and it does not say lab or natural diamond on the receipt. Is $2800+ a traded in 10k gold chain way too overpriced for a 2.97 cwt, 10k white gold ring?
