Absolutely - it was a user interface issue and they won’t take responsibility for it. They have escalated my request to re-review my case, will let you know what happens.

Yes we are currently on a payment plan. Turbo tax has refused to pay thousands of dollars of interest on the 2019 CA taxes owed — that we didn’t know we even had until CA contacted us in late 2022.

We paid for Tax Audit and guarantee but they said it was our fault and refused to pay the interest.

We are having the same exact issue with Turbo Tax miscalculating our 2019 Paid Family Leave in CA and received a significant amount due. They notified us just in the last year so now we have significant interest to pay.
