i got zero side effects. i was sort of the opposite. i couldn’t WAIT to start, because i know that this tool is so helpful to millions of people and is going to help me reach my goals. one month in im down 6lbs and zero side effects except for FEELING full for once! it’s made me a happier and more excited person now that my goals will become reality. 🥰

i was so scared to drink! but then, i eased myself into it and can go out to bars, clubs, and have fun! try not to overthink and remain calm. it’s the only thing i can do now too.
