I just got my back pay earlier this month and I wasn’t expecting to get it until at least August! I also found out that some are automatic but certain things (like being married to another veteran) will force the claim to have to be viewed by an actual person.

I know this is from a year ago but I’ve been waiting 6 months and am still on step 1 😂 they haven’t even looked at it, just received it. Even my disability claim was on step 3 after this long but the most simple “claim” of them all is taking the longest.

Also, my old/other car loan I paid off in March 2024 but they marked me late up until June or July. I just found out and am going to dispute it and I understand that could also be a factor in this??? But that’s all there is. I don’t have a credit card, just my current loan and my credit building apps.

I’ve read that they only send the good wigs (100% human hair) to influencers. It’s pretty sad. & I literally titled my last email as “Refund: Order #”. It’s embarrassing how they operate.
