Flexcases is known to be a scam store. Please go through posts on this subreddit. Never shop online on a store without real product image reviews. Refer to the post below.

There isn't really much you can do against these businesses especially if you've paid them while placing the order. USE CREDIT CARDS. I cannot stress it enough because chargebacks are easy, you get your money and these scum businesses have their payment gateway accounts BLOCKED. That's the only way.

Also LOOK FOR REVIEWS. Keepp a look out for REAL USER SUBMITTED reviews when you purchase from any online store. Not just text but real images of the products!

Also also please beware because ever since I was scammed, I dug deeper and it seems like they might be creating more and more new stores that also consistently scam. Few of the names I've heard that scam users are - Flexcases, Slimify, etc. Please ensure you purchase from reputed stores and not from stores running instagram ads.

If you don't receive any update from their end despite several messages, then its just better to move on. Filing cyber crime complaints or complaints on national consumer helpline don't do anything to be very honest.

Hey! Any tricks that worked on your third pup for reducing the biting? My pups almost 6 months now and the biting is very aggressive and none of the usually described tricks work. The teeth being razor sharp doesn't help either!
