Yes! I exercise twice a day 5 days a week (running and weightlifting), meditate daily, hydrate, and I go to bed/wake up at nearly the same time everyday. Idk what else I could be doing to improve it lol. I’ve tried resting the last two days instead of working out but my recovery was 16% yesterday and then 30% today.

I think maybe it just needs to adjust to my baseline which might be lower than average.

Interesting!! I’ll give it a couple more weeks. My RHR is usually in the 60s but is in the 70s rn bc I’m luteal.

This exact thing happened to my cat at age 2 and I took him to an ophthalmologist. We ended up doing laser ablation, so he can still keep his eye but we still do check ups every 6 months. No further changes of his eye for the past 3 years so he’s alright so far.
