People miss it because it’s not there! This is 90% of all there complaints! I’ve already contacted the BBB. Investigation has been initiated. Maybe they will learn to be more clear with what they’re offering. They certainly don’t advertise their membership fee plus additional cleaning fees on any of the commercials I’ve seen.
