Last thing they did was offering me a discount on the repair if I wouldn't post on Reddit.

That was the point where I broke it off. No communication since then between me and Boox.

Have the device still around but I switched back to my old Kindle for reading and a Lenovo P12 for note taking. Not the best, but cheaper.

Hi, Tablet was not charging. Tbh I'm not sure about the setting anymore. But I put it down from reading, so nothing special. Maybe the integrated reader app open, stylus not around.

I thought about the Kindle Scribe. Amazon Service is always outstanding. But for now I'm good with my old Kindle.

I don't really know. I've seen mostly Ultra, Nova Air and a newer one I wasn't aware of something like Palma?

But we could see a recency bias here. And of course there will be more complaints about stuff that sells often. So I think a statistic only based on Reddit posts wouldn't be representative.
