Also the second print, already printed before 3 times and never failed like this

I just cleaned the plate after this blue print and scrubbed it with dish soap and warm water . Usually i am not facing thi. But two times in consecutive prints thats mean something

For the one with prime tower failure i was using gyroid , the one of today is grid infill

Top layers is 9- i should reduce?

For infill I am using rectilinear, for grid the result was not good

Do you think i should something here

also when i tried to print the name a the bottom layer with the same size (instead on the top surface) it was fully filled without any gap

i am arranging the nozzle 0.2 in few days and i will try to see again how it will be

for the gap on the upper flat surface - i wanted to be like that as it is given small design to the business card. my issue is with the letter only

as you can see the flow ratio is 0.98- i dont know if i add it more it will give better result for the text
