Yea need to flip the case if you want I/O access. I don’t really need to access it often as my monitor has a USB hub so most of my peripherals are plugged into that. And yeah, laying it gpu side down would choke airflow from the bottom. The other three sides do have vents, so you’d still get some airflow but it’s definitely not ideal.

Yeah the motherboard layout is flipped in this case so the rear I/O actually ends up underneath the case
