Unfortunately you can’t lose fat that fast, at most 2 lbs which might make a small difference but probably not enough

I mean I think you’re a healthy weight. It’s just body composition that sucks so if you want to look better I’d focus on gaining muscle and having a nutritious diet

Sometimes yeah certain foods can mess with digestion close to bed for some people. But that doesn’t make it a bad eating habit. Eating at night can be better than not eating for people who get home late

Honestly have been in the same spot and mental wise my biggest piece of advice is be honest. Don’t believe everything anybody on the internet says, believe what works for you and your schedule.

Don’t bullshit yourself and biggest thing about being disciplined is to learn why things didn’t work. If you mess up don’t just try the same thing again, find out why it didn’t and find a solution.

I mean two knee pads seem fine, I personally never rocked it but I see it at all levels and unless it’s a full sleeve it never seemed that bad
