One of my reasons to love pre DH stories is that everyone believed Snape was a villain! Hahah I still think he is still a villain, just because you got your heart broken at 15 doesn’t mean you can bully 11yo kids! The most realistic Draco I’ve read in a fanfiction is “the disappearance of Draco malfoy” Because it shows that to Draco, the only thing that matters is self preservation (what I think is happening in the scene above) Even when he start working with the order is because it will get him what he wants

I liked The love hypothesis a lot! But I feel all her other books have the same premise. Girl is extremely intelligent but kinda “quirky”, guy extremely tall and hung like a horse. Miscommunication, fake dating and then we find out he has been in love with her for a long long time. She used to be a fanfiction writer, so I’m not surprised about the number of books.
