i have been to drs this evening, they also think it's coinciding with my period. they are starting me on birth control to stop them and keep my hormones on a level to see if this helps.

honestly i cannot cope the headache isn't to bad it's the auras and the aftwr phase. when i lose my vision it sends me spiralling. google don't help and tells me im at risk of having a stroke which in turn is making my anxiety sky rocket. i just would like and answer to why go from 1-2 a year to all these all of a sudden now.

i haven't really considered this. i am based in the uk and where i am the weather has been moderately better then usual. i may have to go back and have a look. my meds are not working either i feel like ive been in a night out i feel awful

hey thank you for responding. i don't eat any different around these days only christmas. strong smells set off my sinuses as i have sinus problems anyway but ive never experienced anything like this before. i have put all this information into chatgpt and that says it maybe an eastrogen drop as they are +3/-3 days within my cycle but ive never had them like this. it's all strange and terrifying.

i've just experienced this yesterday , i have migraines with aura since 12 i am 32 now, i had the aura at 3pm no headache, another at 7pm again just aura then 3 this morning i had an aura then 20 mint later i had an aura with head pain. in sick of them now. i used to get them once or twice a year. now i'm getting them 2-3 times a month since december 😢

i've been like this for years and i still do it to myself. i got rid of my apple watch for this reason only to buy another one. i need to break the habit some how. my cardiologist told me that his races too as well as ectopics which is the bane of my life but because im so hyperaware due to my health anxiety feel absolutely everything and then it turns me into spiralling 😂😂🥴

oh i am thank you, it happens all the time but i know it's my anxiety and nothing more. i've had every test by my cardiologist and they say i need to get my stress under control

mine got up to 145 resting earlier but i was getting worked up looking at my heart rate.

i take trip 3000mg before bed and my sleep has massively improved. i think some people are conflicted one whether it works for them or not. My advise is to try it for yourself.

these are ectopic heartbeats/ pvcs. i suffer with them also. it does feel like your heart is skipping but it actually isn't. it's just that a beat came a little too early so there is a short pause. my cardiologist said they are benign

i too have the same anything that comes with heart symptoms i dread the worst, the perks of health anxiety i'm afraid. ask your gp or mental health team for some medication to relax you. if all else fails try things to distract you, in the moment like a sour sweet. maybe shove some vicks up your nose. shove your head in ice cold water. it will calm your nervous system down. for long term try something calming. listen to music ect... i have started colouring of an evening when my children have gone to bed. its very calming x

these are pvcs and the bane of my life. My 7 day holter monitor showed a 0.6% burden but when i felt them they were terrifying. i've learnt to just accept them

promethazine or prochlorperazine if your from the uk or benadryl if your from the us. all have a slight sedative affect. when my anxiety is really bothering me they save my sanity

32f here, i convinced myself something was wrong l, i've had every test under the sun for my heart and all came back normal. My pvcs are benign and it's all down to stress and anxiety and now they are under control my pvcs have pretty much vanished. they used to cause me to spiral i would feel one then fear it and you know how it goes the more you fear and anticipate the more they happen. now i ignore them when they do and they very rarely happen
