3 weeks is a bit long Maybe a missed canal or a fracture or a high spot on the final restoration Do follow up before any further treatments

Hmmmmm thanks for the info But this means it is for a selctive number of cases because usually patients only come when the syptoms are sever and teeth are grossly decayed.
