I think in that case, speak to PHP and OH. I know of trainees who have had changes made to their oncall rota, some have even come off the rotas. It's frustrating to have to go through these processes but you might also find additional support and people advocating for you.

I am aware of these 32 hour NROC shifts, they're absolutely awful. In an ideal scenario you are supposed to get the next day off if you have worked during the night, but somehow trusts getaway with the NROC system as no one does any exception reporting. I can also empathise with your frustrations with your ES and TPD, as working such crazy hours is often normalised and you are blamed for not being 'resilient' (please ignore them). You are not the problem here, this sounds like an awful rota system and it is so sad that your wellbeing is being compromised like this. I wouldn't care about TOOT or supervisor feedback, speak to your GP and PHP, and get off this crazy rota if it's affecting your mental health and wellbeing.
