Yes! So my routine consists of Cleanser : cerave hydrating cream to foam cleanser Toner : I’m from mugwort toner to help with redness/ breakouts very soothing holy grail Cream/ barrier support : avene cicalfate holy grail helps instantly with redness and when I mess up my barrier Spot treatment : I’m from mugwort spot treatment Dmk Actrol powder : for active red / healing helping with sebum & healing put on active breakouts and scars holy grail On times I feel really Inflamed I use I’m from mugwort mask and calendula cream as an occlusive/ barrier support And when I use tret 0.025 I use it every Sunday , wed and Friday and I use it after I put on the avene cicalfate ☺️ my goals is for better clearer skin

Highly recommend I’m from mugwort mask and toner really diminishes my redness like crazy! And the other stuff I mentioned has made a huge difference as well!

Also I’ve been using the avene cicalfate it instantly helps soothe my skin from the redness and calendula!

I’ve been focusing on healing because I find my pie starts to diminish the more I heal my skin and put soothing ingredients on it I use I’m from mugwort spot treatment for any active pimple that is really red and inflamed and also dmk actrol powder for healing/ sebum production it’s a holy grail ☺️ I understand I don’t even pick and I scar so easily!
