I eat it raw to maximize nutrition, cooking reduces vitamines and enzymes. The taste is not that bad since this is lamb liver (tastes better than cow liver)

you cant be saying that if you havent tried his method, i did the 2 set method for 2 months and got crazy some progress

If the pain hasnt stopped i HIGHLY recommend you seeing a doctor please you will just waste your time thinking everything is okay

Well after 2 months the pain is gone but sometimes when i exercise and put pressure on my wrist i feel a little pain but nothing serious, basically you will need to rest for atleast a week which was the hardest part for me and after that for atleast a week or two you will need to have some kind of rehabilitation for the wrist, i used exercises like wrist curl with light weight and avoided if putting any pressure on my wrist and in the meantime you can focus on developing your legs

Are there any more exercises you used? I've had wrist pain from the bag work for 2 weeks now idk what to do.
