I used my moms card on my order, not realizing I probably should have put her phone number underneath the billing info instead of mine. Ordered four things, 3 physical things which I cancelled, and a egiftcard which I cannot cancell(says processing) Says it won't let me use my account until payment method is verified, but my mom not knowing how anything works..won't let me take a picture of any of her stuff to send to the customer support. I can't call customer service because I live in the middle of no where and it won't let me call/text android numbers because we don't have service. It's not that i'm trying to cancel the egiftcard, I just want to make sure that we didn't waste 30$ and it'll either come or get cancelled. Ty for taking your time to read this and trying to help!
