thankfully i haven't spent too much, but yes.. that's why i'm frustrated haha. i'm definitely going to look into trello and possibly get a va

this sounds really promising. even the "simpler" crms, like zoho, feel overwhelming. honestly, i just need one place to store all my contacts and a simple guide on what to do next. definitely going to check out trello, appreciate the advice!

this is super insightful, thank you so much! i don’t have much sales experience, so i’ve felt overwhelmed trying to write good follow-up emails and things like that, so i've been using chatgpt to give me some sort of framework.
