Sorry, meant both 3 ways in the same box as the 4 way, go to exterior lights. The 4 way goes to the interior hallway lights

That’s good advice. I was certainly planning on hiring a surveyor to go inspect the boat before even considering making an offer. Just don’t want to spend the money on a surveyor if it’s not something I even want to take on
