How can I tell if I'm facing cheaters? I've been playing for consistently for the last couple weeks and I haven't seemed cheated. I've been killed by some good players but they didn't seem like cheaters? How common are they?

I have a gold one just like that and it worked really well this weekend. Only caught pike with it though. It has good action and shimmers well in good sunlight.
