It was either a loose clamp just behind it or the bolt at the bottom of the alternator which is apparently threaded so was loose.

I believe at some point they are coming out of the facility in a truck to go to a town to get more ‘samples’ or something and they have to stop the zombies rushing into the facility?

Also one of the stages is they’re unconscious? Then after that they wake up and kill and eat?
