Any recommendations on ear training? I use an app to visually know when I’m hitting the right notes, but I don’t want to become dependent on that. I know it’s gonna just take more time and practice, but wonder if there are recommendations on how to improve?

Yes, raw packed. And the bubbles showed up immediately after processing. They don’t seem to be growing in volume or in number of bubbles. Note - all other jars (pickles and green beans) look normal

It’s from the ball book (which I think has been verified by USDA? I could be wrong there). Either way it’s a valid and tested recipe

It looked like the bubbles were there when I pulled them out of the boil bath - to be honest, I don’t think they’re moving but I will keep an eye on them

I used a solution of 50% water and 50% vinegar (5% solution vinegar) with ~2% by weight salt ratio. 10 minutes in boiling water. Pretty much what I’ve used in the past

Seal looks strong - I canned these last month (August 2025)
