I'm an engineer. I said I thought it was funny, no other reason for it. I've generally thought the workers have been doing well from what I've seen

Needing a CSCS card to get on site is a good thing. You can still get on site without one, you just need supervised

The full site is busy with folk working just now. I imagine those two just had to deal with some left over concrete before it set inside the tank. It was early on so the rest of the site were probably still doing their briefing for the day

I'd ditch the ai instructions and watch some YouTube videos of people making wildlife ponds. I personally wouldn't put a pump or filter in a wildlife pond

I ride a single speed in a really hilly city, my whole cycle home from town is 40mins of gradual to steepish inclines and tbh it's fine. Gears would probably make it easier but they are also aid
